Who we are

Chef Alex(Zander) Weber is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute.  Originally from Boston he moved to Michigan in 2001 to be with his beautiful wife and the Plymouth Canton area in 2003.   We have four children and have made Plymouth Canton our home.  A career of fine dining restaurants, lobster houses, high volume hotels, daily menu restaurant.  In Michigan I worked opened Milk and Honey, was the executive chef of the Bonfire Bistro in Northville. 

I have been cooking for all of my adult life, every night at home, and always brining dishes everywhere I go.  The passion for creating unique meals, and foods for people has always been there.  I am looking to put my years of refining some classic dishes and sharing that with the people around me.  100% scratch kitchen.  From fresh breads, salads, soups, sides, dips, entrees, desserts.  All charcoal grills, charcoal smoker. 

My influences range from the culinary school I attended to the number of styles I have been able to cook over time, fresh seafood in Nantucket, daily menu in Salem MA, brewery pub Northville.

I believe that the quality of what we eat should not be taken for granted.

We are also looking at having a creative delivery method to you.  I will be making a limited number of dinners for 2 a few nights a week and dropping them off at your home.  (Limited to 48187 zip code) and will be available for catering events on other days.
