About Chef Zander

Chef Alex(Zander) Weber is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute (1996).  Originally from Boston he moved to Michigan in 2001 to be with his beautiful wife and the Plymouth Canton area in 2003.   We have four children and have made Plymouth Canton our home.  A career in fine dining restaurants, a lobster house, high volume hotel, daily menu restaurant.  In Michigan I worked opened Milk and Honey, was the executive chef of the Bonfire Bistro in Northville, among others.   

I have been cooking for all of my adult life, every night at home, and always bringing dishes everywhere I go.  The passion for creating unique meals, and foods for people has always been with me.  I am looking to put my years of refining some classic dishes, and some new ones, and sharing that with the people around me.  100% scratch kitchen.  From fresh breads, salads, dressings, soups, sides, dips, entrees, desserts.  All charcoal grills, charcoal smoker.  Lets try and reach all of your taste buds.

My influences range from classical French and Italian, to modern upscale pub grub. I have been the chef at the fine dining restaurant of Harvard, a Lobster House on Nantucket, Daily menu fine dining in Salem MA, and in Michigan, The Bonfire Brewery in Northville, Morels in Southfield.  I believe that the quality of what we eat should not be taken for granted.

I will be available for in person catering events, as well as drop off catering.  Coming will be seasonal items, like, Weekend boat packages, tailgating packages, gingerbread mania, soups for the winter, Valentines Day.
